In 2018 only Spadel France achieved the Great Place to Work certification. In 2021, all four entities (Belgium, Bulgaria, France and The Netherlands) were certified for the first time. KPI on track.
The Lost Time Injury is part of the internal dashboard.
To calculate what falls under the 5% we are inspired by the Business for Societal Impact Framework (B4SI). Examples of initiatives we took into account for our calculation are partnerships (The SeaCleaners, IVN Natuureducatie, Parc Naturel des Sources) and volunteering (One Citizen Day contributing to World Cleanup Day). KPI on track.
