In 2023, Spadel decided to move to a new system of organizing and monitoring employee satisfaction aiming to be more frequent and lighter in use and application. An engagement survey according to the new approach is scheduled in 2024.
The Lost Time Injury is part of the internal dashboard.
To calculate what falls under the 5% we are inspired by the Business for Societal Impact Framework (B4SI). Examples of what we take into account for our calculation are product donations, partnerships (Parc Naturel des Sources in Belgium, educational programme Enter The Green Flag in Bulgaria,…) and volunteering (Positive Impact Day).
